One of the things I love about the RE3   ice compression kit is that it's so easy to  use.  I simply grab my ice pack out of the freezer  , I put it into my compression sleeve and I put  it wherever I'm feeling sore.  I use it after runs, I use it after football  I highly recommend for anyone who wants to try and  get ahead in their recovery to use RE3.  It's an Australian brand, so you're supporting local. Hey guys, thought I share my experience of the R  E three compression pack that I bought from my knee  So I bought this five months ago, and what I  love most about it is the quality of its quality  It is amazing.  I use it every day and it still looks brand  new.  The velcro itself isn't appealing off whatsoever, which is amazing  in terms of Cooley, it's hard, it's the area really  well as well.  So I definitely recommend this product to anyone who's had  knee surgery, such as a c L M C L  L C L or patella tendon.

I found it super important after surgery in terms of  helping recover for my broken ankle.  It's really easy to use.  It's compact, it travels really well as it has its  own travel case.  Um It also, it didn't stop me moving around the  house either as it sticks to you quite tightly, you  can still get up and move really easily and lastly  after having such a significant injury.  It was really important in the recovery directly after, but  also in recovery during the season in which we're in  to make sure that I can get up to play  week in week.  Yeah, couldn't recommend another product anymore, definitely jump on with  the other three guys.  It's fantastic. 

I started to use R.  E three's ice and compression packs to increase my recovery  speed.  I found it really crucial for increasing my heart rate  variability as an athlete.  It's crucial for the recovery process and the accessibility and  ease of the compression packs and ice makes it really  easy for me to take it to and from games  before training.  After training with the full body kit, I've been able  to just strap on ice and compression wherever I need  just to in accordance to where I feel.  And it's crucial for any athlete.  And I strongly recommend it to anyone as it's so  much easier than other types of products out there and  it's a lot cheaper as well.  And as I said, I strongly recommend it to stable  in my recovery process and I believe that it can  give anyone the competitive edge.
